Excellent aroma. Big and fruity, slight grass and cinnamon. Very good indeed. The flavour is not quite so good. It’s strangely floral and slightly soapy. Big vinegar acidity in the finish. Close to excellent but the strange stuff in the flavour really holds it back. downender (2623), Bristol, Gloucestershire, England

Slightly cloudy gold with no head. Dry, apple aroma with a hint of barnyard. Flavour had a touch of apple fruit, some mustiness and a very long, mouth puckering dry finish. Ok. chriso (4796), London, Greater London, England

The is not the same cider as the Wyesider Dabinett available on draught - production and finishing are different. Pale gold with a very slight haze. Entirely still. Soft, slightly appley aroma but very restrained. On the palate it has a very clean, white wine-like character, although some moderate tannins kick in later. Bone dry. The mouthfeel is clean and firm. A decent enough cider but lacked a little depth in the flavour department. The overall impression was middle of the road.
