Commercial Description:
Castellan, in medieval Europe, was the keeper of the castle, that had special permission to brew mead. This is our recreation of this interesting spiced mead.

Sampled @ Autumn Wine Festival-Salisbury Md-Slightly amber brownish in color, sweet honey flavor w/just a touch of spice to it, maybe a little bit of a cinnamon/sugar flavor w/a touch of nutmeg. Very nice sipper.
