Has a nice, grapefruit-like, citrus flavor, which contributes to a stark bitterness. The ’sweet’ aromatics tend to fade quickly. Overall, a favorable brew (and extremely affordable), but I wish it had a more balanced malt body. But that’s just being picky. groovinhigh (170), Asheville, North Carolina, USA

If you don’t know what hops are, drink this beer for an education. WOW...this was hoppy. In a good way, but I love the smell of fresh hops. This beer smelled like I was holding my nose above a bag of fresh hops. A really great beer if you like hops. If you hate hops, please do not drink this beer. Please! mike mcneil (660), St Augustine, Florida, USA

A deep golden color; frothy white head with tons of floral and spicy hops in the nose; pleasant hop bitterness hits the palate initially with plenty of carmel malt to stand up to the hops. A very crisp, fruity ale finish to it all. Great value for a real solid IPA. Bov (5478), Bienne, Switzerland
