Toasty and oaky, lots of wood notes, almost like a foreign stout would be. Dry and roasted, with some big vanilla flavors, smokiness and some pleasant hop bite in the finish. This big dark stout gives off a massive toasty oak sweet aroma. Chocolate and licorice are found in the aroma and flavor. Very smooth and rich brew that really benefits from a nice oaky finish. Very dry and earthy taste to it. frylock (1024), Buffalo, New York, USA

Roasted barley, light malt sweetness. Finishes dry and oaky. Interesting stout. xsketchyx (184), Oregon, USA
