Sep 2, 2003 Pours with a golden body topped by a medium thick white lasting head with good lacing. Slightly sweet yet bitter grassy hop aroma with a good malt balance. Slightly bitter hop flavor with some piney, grassy notes and a touch of saltiness and sweet. Light bodied and slightly dry.

Should you choose to follow this and the four reviews that follow, you will be put to sleep by the sheer boredom and dullness evidenced in this totally derivative sports-bar-ish trustafarian-seeking brewpub's products. There will be nothing even remotely of interest discussed in these reviews, unless I decided to go off on a major tangent about some girl, or some band or movie, or goddamn GWB or the just-as-stupid-if-slightly-less-venal pack of Democrats chasing his sorry ass around. BUT if I stick to the beer, you'll get something like this: pissy yellow, fruity but low-key nose, soft sweet tonguefeel, bitter dry finish without much real hop character on to the next winner.
