Jun 14, 2004 Bottled: Redbrown coloured. Dense brownish head. Lasting. Roasty and chocolatish aroma. Full and malty. Flavour is weak. This beer is all about aroma. Light roastyness, smoke and a distinct watery charachter. Light fruity and light bitter end. Not a top notch dry stout.

Jun 11, 2004 Black as night pour with a creamy, lactic, off-white head with sticky lacing. Bitter Coffee aroma with a touch of licorice. Has a bit of a chocolately flavor with some coffee mixed in - notice a bit of frutiness as well. Creamy mouthfeel, but the lacticity gets just a bit cloying near the end and turns a bit too "earthy" tasting. Still, not a bad stout though.

May 21, 2004 Black with a nice head. Aroma is from chocolate, creamy and a little fruity. Fruity flavor with toffe and some cocoa. Nice mouthfeel and a mild and pleasant finish.

Dark brown. Rich flavour. Bready(vörtbröd) and richly malty stout this. Münchener malts, yes? Dry finish.

May 20, 2004 (on bottle)This is a really nice PORTER I´ll say. Lots of burned wood, smoke and heavy, dry fruits in the aroma, an good dry sip a and dry aftertaste. Like a real PORTER!
Should it be judged as a stout, I´ll say that is misses the smoothiness totally.

May 16, 2004 Very dark amber, almost black. Aroma is from cocoa and licorice. Flavor brings chocolate as well as cocoa and licorice. A little creamy feeling.
