Bottle. Pours very dark with a light brown head. This is a pretty weak stout. Fairly bland, very low abv, light thin mouthfeel. Flavor wasn’t bad though, with some roasted malt and coffee. Pretty watery though.

For sure a cool label, this one sure let me down. Not that it tasted bad really...more just that it didn’t have much of a taste at all. A Stout this one is not, drinks much more like a porter. Does pout a nice looking deep, dark brown with lots of lacing. Flavors are water, water, carmel, cold coffee, dark fruit, and water. At 4% ABV, there isn’t anything here to pack a punch, and very little that even reminds me of a stout; no chocolate, no alcohol, no roasted barley, nothing. Does have a coffee flavor, but it is more like cold coffee than coffee beans, and is diluted by the water. I just didn’t get this one at all.

Bottle. Not a fan dark beer with tan head. Comes out copper oxidized and sour. The rostiness is thin in mouth feel with little etoh to enjoy.

Dark brown to black in color with a tan colored head. Smells of roasted malts, cider vineagar, and coffee. Taste is a weak coffee flavor also with some roastiness, watery, and malts.

Bottle. Pours opaque blackish brown with a lacy tan head. Soft aroma of chocolate, with a dash of coffee, nuts and pine. Body and carbonation on the light side of medium. The taste is lightly sweet, and a lot roastier than the aroma. Lots of coffee, a little smoke. Dry espresso finish with only a vague hop participation.

500ml bottle. Pours pitch black in color with full foamy brown head. Aroma coffee and chocolate. Taste roasted malt and dark chocolate with dry finish.

Black with a medium sized tan head. Toffee and chocolate in the aroma. Rather sweet flavour with burnt malt and toffee nlotes.
