16.9 ounce bottle in pint glass. Black with dense light brown head and some lace. Chocolate syrup, coffee, and chocolate chip cookie aroma. Roasted chocolate flavor with clean medium bitter finish. Medium body and carbo. A nice sessionable stout.

From the Sharp Edge European Beerfest: A very dark stout, with a nice coffee aroma. However the flavor did not match the beer very well. I thought it was light and could not pick up much of the coffee, malt flavors that i could smell. Not bad, just not what i expected.

Big dark head, obviously black body. Rusty aroma, rusty flavor too. Very light palate. Flavor has some complexity, and truly lives up to its billing as a 'dry' stout, but the whole thing is just too damned watery for my taste.

Pours pitch black. Tan head. A big head at that. Nose is really nice chocolate tones. Smooth and consistent. Really good fragrance. Flavor is more bitter, but consistent. The chocolate may be on the nose, but it certainly isn’t on the flavor profile. The bitter smoothes out over time. Feel is nice and thick on the liquid. Good carbonation too. Drinkable, yes. Well made, just doesn’t have any crazy flavor characteristics, but who needs it.

Not a heavy hitter in the ABV department, but a very tasty and enjoyable stout. Smooth creamy flavor.

(Bottle). Aroma is sweet chocolate and malt. Color is dark reddish black, with a brown head. Flavor much more coffee than chocolate. Body is on the thin side, and the finish lacks intensity. Competent, but not impressive.

Pours a deep brown color with hints of red at the edges, and a nice tane head. The aroma was subtle...smokey and mild roasted coffee tones. The flavor was subtle as well with some coffee tones and a mild bitterness. the finish is quick and crisp. Decent feel...sometimes a little thin. Not bad...just average.

Pours black with a beige head. Aroma is smoke, roast malt, and a hint of coffee. Flavor is roasted malt, smoke, and a bit of hop.
