Pours black with an off white head that lasts quite well. Smooth but thin texture with distinct chocolate flavors. Some nice hop bitterness in the finish.

Pours black with a medium sized tan head. Aroma is roasty, slightly smoky malts, with hints of chocolate. Flavor is also roasty and smoky, but fairly light bodied for the style. Not bad.

Pours an ebony color, ith glints of a burnt brown peeking in around the edges. Aroma is roasted, with the typical and called for coffee and cocoa notes. Some dark fruits do seem to try and come through as well. The flavor is a bit odd, touch of acidity, and tons of coffee, but there is an odd component, herbal perhaps, that is a bit out of sorts. Not bad.

bottle poured jet black and the head quickly subsides to a thin lace .Aromas of milk choclate, rosted malts and some coffee. It was creamy but the body was not as full as I like for a stout .My tastebuds picked up on the chocolate malts ,some what of a burned after taste there is also a lite hoppyness to it as well . I give the bottle high marks for the art work tho definatly one for the colection

For sure a cool label, this one sure let me down. Not that it tasted bad really...more just that it didn’t have much of a taste at all. A Stout this one is not, drinks much more like a porter. Does pout a nice looking deep, dark brown with lots of lacing. Flavors are water, water, carmel, cold coffee, dark fruit, and water. At 4% ABV, there isn’t anything here to pack a punch, and very little that even reminds me of a stout; no chocolate, no alcohol, no roasted barley, nothing. Does have a coffee flavor, but it is more like cold coffee than coffee beans, and is diluted by the water. I just didn’t get this one at all.

Pours a dark brown with a thin tan head. Aroma is mostly burnt malt and barley. Tastes of semi-sweet cocoa, more burnt grains, earth, and hops. Finishes like a typical English style stout, thin and bitter on the palate.

Bottle. Black with beige head. Sweet aroma with licorice, chocolate, brown sugar and a butter/diacityl touch. Falvour is sweet, a little chocolate, a little malt, a little licorice and just too little of everything.

Very dark brown color with a medium tan head. Smoked wood and roasted malt aroma. Slightly sour lactose, smoked wood and roasted malt flavors. Nice medium body with crisp carbonation.
