500 ml. bottle. Rich chocolate and malt aromas. Sweet. Opaque brown/black color with a finely bubbled and impressive tan head. Near medium in body with coarse carbonation. Flavor starts with chocolate, merges into coffee, followed by toasted malt, and then back to something like mocha. Cacao is in every sip. The finish tapers off to something smoky scotch malt with a tad of sour. Finishes rather dry, with a little sweet chocolate, and bitter from toasted, burnt malt. Does turn a little watery with time.

Beige-light brown creamy head. Black colour. Aroma is malty with coffee and roasty notes. Flavor is malty too with roasty, earthy and dark chocolate tones, ending in a long malty, smokey finish. Light bodied.

Rich black color with healthy tan head. Aroma is slight diacetyl but not in offensive amounts. Peat, salt, roasty toasty, carob powder, some chocolate, creamy mouthfeel, slight sour tang. Substantial and seems healthy.

Pours a dark brown with a thin tan head. Aroma is mostly burnt malt and barley. Tastes of semi-sweet cocoa, more burnt grains, earth, and hops. Finishes like a typical English style stout, thin and bitter on the palate.
