Mar 24, 2008 Cask at The Barony, Edinburgh. A red-orange beer with a cream colored head. The arom ais sweet malty with strong notes of caramel, but also light notes of flowery hops. The flavor is sweet malty with primary notes of berries as well as a light touch of roasted malt, leading to a dry bitter finish. The body is thin.

Sep 11, 2009 From cask at Charlies. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a small off white head. Aroma is roasted malt and slight overripe fruity. Fruity and hoppy,slight spiced flavoured with a lingering dry note. Bitter and dry hoppy finish. Nice one.

Jul 17, 2006 Cask gravity at Bowl Inn, Charing, BF 2006. Very hazy russet colour. Thick lasting beige head. Yeast and red berry aroma. OK in mouth, fullish good malt. Dry finish, bit earthy, red fruits. Pretty good red fruit malt bitter with very hoppy finish.

Dark brown with a bubbly but decent head and lots of lace. Quite toasty with some caramel and nutty notes and nice malt. good malt and hop balance in the finish. Not bad.

Pours hazy, deep amber with a small, creamy, off-white head. Fine duration. Lovely aroma, caramel, berries, malts and flowery hops. Low carbonation, fine and dry mouthfeel. Flavour starts sweet and malty, then comes a touch of pepper and a nice dose of flowery hops. Just a hint of chocolate. Very dry finish. Nice!
