Commercial Description:
Available filtered in 330ml bottles.
"Named after Thorfin Hausakliuuf, the seventh earl of Orkney, this reddish coloured ale has an intense vinous nose, is rich and satiny in the mouth with a long dry finish and deep rich fruity notes. Described as ’Satiny smooth in the mouth, deceptively light and dangerously drinkable’."

Sweet scotch ale with many interlacing fruit flavors. Low carbonation, small frothy head. Strong roasted, earthy malt pressence and well balanced. Very nice drink.

All the greatness of a semi bitter ale with the dinkability of water. Great beer!

Bought this one from the Whole Foods I work at. GORGEOUS color to it, and at first taste, I thought it was going to be really bitter, but it moderated quickly.

Dark red body and a fruity aroma. Flavor of rasin and wine. Aftertaste has some alcohol to it. Overall a great beer

Solid beer, but an unspectacular barleywine. Sort of nutty, almost a nutty brown nutty delicious ale. Yum.

Dark brown, clear with a reddish hue and a foamy tan head, very heavy bready yeast aroma with notes of dark grapes. A bit of a wine-like alcohol aroma too. Flavor is dark fruit and finished very dry. I like it except for the big dryness.
