Decent lacing and retention. Rich malty aroma with brown sugar and dark fruit notes. Very malty taste. Dark fruits and an interesting sourness in the finish. UisceBeatha (1), , Florida, USA does not count Jun 26, 2008 I was very surprised that this one didn’t have a dryer flavor. The aroma is thick, sweet and slightly fruity, with hints of dark fruit and molasses. The color was outstanding, a deep, rich dark mahogany. A fantastic beer, over all.
