Pours a cloudy amber color with a thin beige head. Aroma of earthy hops that feel definitely British, maybe Goldings, and toasted malt. Flavor of earthy hops, toasted malt and mild bitterness in the end. The body is light with a creamy texture and gentle carbonation. This is a decent British style IPA.

Jun 11, 2008 A dark orangey amber IPA with a thick off white head. Floral hops in aroma, restrained and classy, a bit of citrus. In mouth, a good biscuitty malt, light chocolate notes, nuts, floral hops. Very nicely built.

May 27, 2008 Bouteille de 500 ml, acheté le 18/5/08 chez Peluso (Montréal). Ambrée organe pas trop claire, moyen collet avec de la denteille. Arome d’houblon faiblement amère, un peu d’agrume et de pin. Goût très peu houblonné, mais bien amère, un peu de malte caramelisé. Buvable mais pas assez de saveur et trop amère!

May 21, 2008 Bouteille brune de 500 ml. Arômes de houblon de style américain (agrumes). Robe orangée, légèrement trouble, peu de mousse. Relativement mince en bouche, un filet de malt caramélisé accompagne le houblon. Assez amère en arrière-goût. Une IPA très honnête.
