May 16, 2009 On tap at the brewpub. Pours clear copper with micro thin white head. The aroma has mild sweet malts and a touch of biscuit followed by apple, apricot, prune and a sense of coriander. The nose approaches a black pepperyness too. The taste isn’t lite but full of flavors like sweet malts, apple wedges, apricots, Belgian candi sugar, pears and a sense of banana. Nice tasting brew.

May 3, 2009 on tap-pours an off white head and gold color. Aroma is spice-coriander, citrus. Taste is spice-coriander/pepper, light malt-caramel. Light side of medium body.

Taste, fruity apple, light sugar notes, malts, alcohol is present and a light caramel, nutty finish.
