| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 5, 2009 Pours a clear dark golden yellow color with a .5 finger white foam head that quickly fades into a cap and ring that leaves minimal spots of lacing.
Earthy pilsner malt aroma with subtle hops as well as some grass and straw notes. Maybe some light fruit.
Very well balanced with a healthy dose of crisp floral hops up front that is countered by a smooth clean pilsner malt backbone. As in the aroma, there is a faint crisp light fruit note, maybe apple and pear. Dry bitter hop finish. Medium bodied and not watered down at all. Very refreshing and quaffable session beer.

Pours clear golden, white head.
Aroma wheat, herbal hops.
Taste, wheat and again this taste that had the yeasty, bready cookie dough that is found in most of their beers, light apricot fruit and light bitter finish. Nice and silky, good beer but nothing exceptional. changeup45 (788), Orlando, Florida, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Mar 8, 2009 On tap at Jax 5th Ave Deli and Ale House here in Orlando. Pours a golden color with a thin bar poured white head. Sweet malty and grainy flavor, a touch of sweet fruits, faded hops, somewhat empty in the finish. This is what it is. Easy drinking and there’s enough here to set it apart from typical swill and make it a decent drink in the warm Florida sun. Just don’t expect much. mnurda (434), Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 17, 2009 Golden colour with a nice lace. Smooth, light and bready with a light bitterness. Slight herbal hop in the finish. 4-6-6-3-13 = 3.2.
Unfiltered version I found this to be both creamier and huskier in the body, with more fruity esters. Definitely less refined than the filtered but more characterful. 4-6-6-3-13 = 3.2
