Commercial Description:
A flavorful, light-bodied beer. This is made possible by the use of carefully selected organic malts; only the bestimported New Zealand organic hops, pure water and a house blend of yeasts. The fermentation has a crisp, dry finish and fewer carbohydrates than any other Orlando Brewing beer.

12oz bottle from Whole Foods (Tampa, FL). Pours a generally clear lemon golden color with one finger white head that settles slowly. Aroma is sweet and slightly wheaty with notes of straw, grass, yeast, bread, light floral esters. Flavor is light and sweet with light floral notes, honey, grass, yeast, bread, some light floral hops. Generally light body with a quick finish.

Pours a clear dark golden yellow color with a .5 finger white foam head that quickly fades into a cap and ring that leaves minimal spots of lacing. Earthy pilsner malt aroma with subtle hops as well as some grass and straw notes. Maybe some light fruit. Very well balanced with a healthy dose of crisp floral hops up front that is countered by a smooth clean pilsner malt backbone. As in the aroma, there is a faint crisp light fruit note, maybe apple and pear. Dry bitter hop finish. Medium bodied and not watered down at all. Very refreshing and quaffable session beer.

Perfect beer for a summer day. Light bodied with curves. Another beer I enjoyed at beerfest.

12oz bottle. 99.99% organic ingredients. Golden color, thin white head. Aroma of wheat stalks, honey, and a hint of Darjeeling Tea. Clean, fresh taste. flavor is light toasted barley, some straw. Very smooth, easy to drink. One of the better American Pub-style Golden Ales. 26nov08

Tap @ brewery Pours clear golden, white head. Aroma wheat, herbal hops. Taste, wheat and again this taste that had the yeasty, bready cookie dough that is found in most of their beers, light apricot fruit and light bitter finish. Nice and silky, good beer but nothing exceptional.

On tap at Jax 5th Ave Deli and Ale House here in Orlando. Pours a golden color with a thin bar poured white head. Sweet malty and grainy flavor, a touch of sweet fruits, faded hops, somewhat empty in the finish. This is what it is. Easy drinking and there’s enough here to set it apart from typical swill and make it a decent drink in the warm Florida sun. Just don’t expect much.

Part of sample tray at the brewery. Was more impressed with the place than the beer. Average Blond Ale

Golden colour with a nice lace. Smooth, light and bready with a light bitterness. Slight herbal hop in the finish. 4-6-6-3-13 = 3.2.

Unfiltered version
I found this to be both creamier and huskier in the body, with more fruity esters. Definitely less refined than the filtered but more characterful. 4-6-6-3-13 = 3.2
