Commercial Description:
A flavorful, light-bodied beer. This is made possible by the use of carefully selected organic malts; only the bestimported New Zealand organic hops, pure water and a house blend of yeasts. The fermentation has a crisp, dry finish and fewer carbohydrates than any other Orlando Brewing beer.

Sample at the taproom. Had both the filtered (commercial) and an unfiltered version. Clear golden with a tight white head and lacing. Slight buttery quality. Sweet grain. A little milky. Soft carbonation. Very nice fresh grain flavors. Cereals. I like it. The unfiltered version looks just like the original: bright gold with lacing. Aroma is totally different than the filtered version, sweeter and fruitier. Juicier body. A lot more going on but also less polished than the original. More citrus and yeasty elements but loses the fresh grain character

On tap at WDW. Poured clear brighter golden with a short cap of white head. The aroma was dry and grassy with pale malt support.. solidly composed for the style. The flavor had pale malts and honey on a drier core with light grassy bitter accents.. short, dry, unmemorable finish. Lighter-bodied with OK balance on the palate.. dry as mentioned with a nice pinch of honey right at the end.

Had on tap at brewery. Very pale gold pour. Smell of grains. Taste was very light, watered down malts, with a bit of hops on the finish. Very average. A bit bland.

Honey and cereal grains in the nose with some sugar smacks. Pours blonde with no head. Stale cereal flavor, very boring. I would never drink this again! a 12oz bottle split 5 ways and no one could finish their share. This tastes like the base beer for about 90% of their beers, the others are all just slightly darker.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a translucent golden orange with a smaller bubbly white head. Aroma of cereal grains, lemon, some grassy notes and other citrus. Flavor of the same.

Draft sample at brewhouse. Poured a clear amber color with an average fizzy white head that was mostly lasting and had good lacing. Moderate sour citrus hop aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. This beer met my expectations.

a nice blond ale that is clean and flavorful. a bit sweet and wheaty it has a nice carbonation and is quite refreshing. unassuming and mild yet a bit yeasty and satisfying. just a bit velvety for some character it holds up well in the glass.
