Commercial Description:
A flavorful, light-bodied beer. This is made possible by the use of carefully selected organic malts; only the bestimported New Zealand organic hops, pure water and a house blend of yeasts. The fermentation has a crisp, dry finish and fewer carbohydrates than any other Orlando Brewing beer.

Draft... Clear, light yellow ale with a small, creamy, white head. Grainy nose, mainly, with some buttery toffee notes and a hint of acetaldehyde. Sweet, grainy flavor, but crisply hopped for at least a semblance of balance. Medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Crisp, lightly buttery finish.

Sampled at the taproom. Light yellow pour, very small fizzy white head. Nose of cereal grains, wet cardboard, some very light hops and sweet malts. Flavor is much the same, very light bodied, watery on the palate. The sweet grains overwhelm everything else. Finish is very brief and watery, some grains and malts. Forgettable.

Draft. Clear, straw-colored beer with small, white head. Malty, grainy aroma with an even more grainy flavor. Palate is too thin, similar to the Mild ale. Decent carbonation. This beer does have some flavor, just not a flavor that I am interested in.

Pours a clear golden color, with a 2 finger head. This is a refreshing light bodied beer. You can definetly taste the hops and barley. It doesn’t finish to bitter with all the hops.

on tap-pours a white head and pale yellow color. Aroma is funky, yeast, grassy. Taste is funky, grassy, medium malt (English?) OK carbonation. Had these (this one and others) at the brewery, something amiss. 2.9-.3 aroma. 2.6

I wasn’t impressed with this beer. Its got a watery taste that was unimpeeling and uninspiring. the malts and the hops were barely noticeable.

The appearance is pale gold with an average head. The aroma is light with hoppy and grassy elements and malt that follows. The taste is like the aroma being more hoppy than expected giving it a bitter taste but not a strong one. The palate is thin. Overall a decent beer that is pretty average.
