Commercial Description:
A flavorful, light-bodied beer. This is made possible by the use of carefully selected organic malts; only the bestimported New Zealand organic hops, pure water and a house blend of yeasts. The fermentation has a crisp, dry finish and fewer carbohydrates than any other Orlando Brewing beer.

Golden colour with a nice lace. Smooth, light and bready with a light bitterness. Slight herbal hop in the finish. 4-6-6-3-13 = 3.2.

Unfiltered version
I found this to be both creamier and huskier in the body, with more fruity esters. Definitely less refined than the filtered but more characterful. 4-6-6-3-13 = 3.2

on tap-pours a white head and pale yellow color. Aroma is funky, yeast, grassy. Taste is funky, grassy, medium malt (English?) OK carbonation. Had these (this one and others) at the brewery, something amiss. 2.9-.3 aroma. 2.6

Draft... Clear, light yellow ale with a small, creamy, white head. Grainy nose, mainly, with some buttery toffee notes and a hint of acetaldehyde. Sweet, grainy flavor, but crisply hopped for at least a semblance of balance. Medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Crisp, lightly buttery finish.

Draft sample at brewhouse. Poured a clear amber color with an average fizzy white head that was mostly lasting and had good lacing. Moderate sour citrus hop aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. This beer met my expectations.

On tap at WDW. Poured clear brighter golden with a short cap of white head. The aroma was dry and grassy with pale malt support.. solidly composed for the style. The flavor had pale malts and honey on a drier core with light grassy bitter accents.. short, dry, unmemorable finish. Lighter-bodied with OK balance on the palate.. dry as mentioned with a nice pinch of honey right at the end.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a translucent golden orange with a smaller bubbly white head. Aroma of cereal grains, lemon, some grassy notes and other citrus. Flavor of the same.

On tap at the Tampa Brewing Company, Tampa. Fl. Light golden pour with little to no head. Neutral aroma with just a touch of wort. Has a somehwhat worn-out flavor, a bit metallic. Has just a touch of olive oil and and mild, but bland hoppiness. Mouthfeel is slightly thinnish. Decent companion to food due to its neutralness but nothing to get excited about.
