May 5, 2009 Tap @ Orlando Brewing. Dark brown\black pour. off-white head. Aroma of french roast, deeply roasted grains. Very light bodied. Rich roasted barley notes. Not much bitterness. Ultra light character. Odd such a dark colored beer taste so light... well not as light as Guinness. Schwartzbier but lighter?? 30nov08.

Oct 24, 2008 on tap-pours a rich thin light brown head that laces and black color. Aroma is rich, nice dark malt-roasty/chocolate/molasses, chicory, some earthy hops. Taste is a bit thinner than aroma. Dark malt-roasty/slight burnt/chocolate/molasses/chicory. Secondary earthy hops. Kind of a Schwarz/mild. Easy. I was told this is a brown porter.
