Golden colour with a slight haze. Nice lacing. Husky, slighlty footy aroma. Husky taste, sweet and phenolic. Some dirty off-notes. There are minor yeast issues and nothing else comes together all that well either.

From the Jug at the GABF Colorado Convention Center, Denver 11/10/2008 Some spiced aroma. Golden coloured smooth on the palate and hoppy with a crisp and slightly dry malt finish.

on tap-pours a white head and hazy yellow color. Aroma is funky, wheat, musty, spices. Taste is funky, wheat, musty. Had these (this one and others) at the brewery, something amiss. 3.0-.3 aroma. 2.7

Draft... Hazy, straw-colored ale with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The aroma is very restrained – even with a vigorous swirl, I couldn’t pick up much – but I was able to pull some yeasty, bready notes along with a touch of lemon peel. Medium-bodied and creamy with pillow-soft carbonation. The flavor is all about sweet bread and sugar cookie. Sweet, candy, bready finish. Not even remotely brewed to style; that said, I kind of liked this one.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy deep gold with tan-ish sand tones and white head. The aroma is grainy, a bit of biscuit and doughiness. I also get a sense of citrus – lemon like notes as well. The taste is pretty full with grains then moving into brief biscuit and dough notes before mild amounts of bubble gum and banana come to the surface. It ends dry and refreshing.

Sample at brewery taproom. Bright gold, only a slight haze, thick white head and lacing. Bland fruity aroma. Juicy, low carbonation, and thin. Hardly any traditional weiss notes except a nice dry American weizen flavor in the finish. Clean, slightly sweet, and not bad.

The appearance is golden and filtered with very little cloudiness. The aroma is weak with some malt, yeast, and spice but low on the hops. The taste is like the aroma and also light on hops but they are there. The palate is thin and gives this a watery feel. Overall I like it, there is no bad taste here its just too light.

Tap @ Orlando Brewing. Slight haze, golden yellow, white creamy head. Bready aroma. Light bread, wheat flavor. Nice sweetness. Dry palate. Summer thirst quencher. 30nov08.
