| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 26, 2007 Draft... Clear, golden/amber ale with a small, fizzy, white head. The nose is of warm, spent, pale mash with beefy, earthy notes and a touch of caramel. Decently balanced flavor leans just a hair on the sweet side. Medium sweet caramel; moderately bitter grapefruit rind with a rumor of acidity. Medium-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Short, crisp, lightly bitter finish. kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 11, 2007 Sampled at the taproom. Golden pour, some hints of rust throughout. Medium sized white head, decent lacing. Aroma is comprised of honey, malts, floral hops and some grassy notes. Doesn’t smell bad. Taste is pretty similar, hops and malts dominant. Could stand being a bit more hoppy, but honestly it’s not bad. Medium bodied, oily palate. Finish is medium length and spicy, then sweet. Their second best beer by a good margin, but still just pretty average in the grand scheme. Beerlando (2353), Orlando, Florida, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 19, 2007 Draft at Fiddler’s Green. Pours a clear, medium golden body with high carbonation. Large, foamy white head with decent retention. Sheet lacing. The aroma is fairly standard, showing pale caramel malts, lightly toasted grains and mild floral hops. The flavor falls along those same lines, with a fairly good amount of balance. The medium body added to what was actually a pretty smooth, easy drinking beer. Better than I was expecting, but lacking originality. A little boring, but quite drinkable. DrHomolka (731), Columbus, Ohio, USA

Subtle aroma of malts and a bit of herbal hops. Smooth, watery taste that is nicely balanced. Minor hop flavor and some bitterness. Pretty mediocre but smooth and easy to drink.
