Commercial Description:
An All-American beer. American organic grown malts, zesty American grown hops and the American ale yeast clearly identify this beer as homegrown. Refreshingly hoppy, pale yet tan and complex maltiness epitomize what this pale ale has brought to the American beer culture. Crisp, clean, sassy and complex, American ale at it finest.

Pours clear golden color. Medium bodied. Full of hops. Pretty tasty for a IPA. Bought a keg of this for a party, then returned the keg 6 months later and charged me 120 dollars. My bad.

on tap-pours a white head and gold color. Aroma is funky, yeasty, medium citrus hops. Taste is citrus hops, medium malt, crisp. OK carbonation. Had these (this one and others) at the brewery, something amiss. 3.1-.3 aroma. 2.8 Next day had this one at Sarasota Brewery, although it seemed a bit stale, at least they didn’t have an issue with funkiness off their tap system. Would give this one a 3.3, but will keep the rating from the beer I had at the brewery where this was actually made.

GABF 2006. Pours to a clean golden body with a creamy white head. The aroma is sweet honey hoppyness and light graham. The flavor is easy drinking malt with a touch of hops. Nice cereal goodness. Smooth mouthfeel. Balanced bitterness and creamyness.

AN almost perfectally average Pale Ale. The malts whle not spectuaclar were decent and the hops brought enough bitter to the beer.

The appearance is pale gold with an average head. The aroma is hoppy in a grassy way with some malt to balance. The taste is like the aroma with plenty of hops giving it a bitter taste. The palate is thin and makes this beer seem weaker than maybe it should be. I guess mark this one as a good session beer. This beer is pretty good overall and is one of the better beers from this brewery with only a slight corn taste keeping it from getting a higher score.

On tap at the Tampa Brewing Company Tampa, Fl. Light copper pour with a light white head. Not much of an aroma, perhaps, some fresh lake water coming through. Brief hints of hoppines, with some citrus undertones. Quaffable, middle of the road pale ale, nothing offensive yet nothing really jumps out. Smooth, clean mouthfeel, turns a bit stinging near the end and then fades away.

On tap at the brewery but also DragonStout’s house where I puked my many glasses of it up. Pours dark amber nice white head. Hoppy obviously but more floral and slight citrus hops. Very easy to drink and taste good, but damn all those hops in one night.
