Commercial Description:
An All-American beer. American organic grown malts, zesty American grown hops and the American ale yeast clearly identify this beer as homegrown. Refreshingly hoppy, pale yet tan and complex maltiness epitomize what this pale ale has brought to the American beer culture. Crisp, clean, sassy and complex, American ale at it finest.

Golden-amber colour. Bright. Somewhat earthy aroma with a hint of woody hop. Slight citrus on the palate, bright but mellow. Light malts back it up.

Unfiltered
Bright golden-amber. The aroma is a little bigger here. It’s much chewier, richer, especially for the style. Good dry finish. 6-4-7-3-14 = 3.4

Draft... Clear, golden/amber ale with a small, fizzy, white head. The nose is of warm, spent, pale mash with beefy, earthy notes and a touch of caramel. Decently balanced flavor leans just a hair on the sweet side. Medium sweet caramel; moderately bitter grapefruit rind with a rumor of acidity. Medium-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Short, crisp, lightly bitter finish.

on tap-pours a white head and gold color. Aroma is funky, yeasty, medium citrus hops. Taste is citrus hops, medium malt, crisp. OK carbonation. Had these (this one and others) at the brewery, something amiss. 3.1-.3 aroma. 2.8 Next day had this one at Sarasota Brewery, although it seemed a bit stale, at least they didn’t have an issue with funkiness off their tap system. Would give this one a 3.3, but will keep the rating from the beer I had at the brewery where this was actually made.

Draft sample at brewhouse. Poured a clear amber color with an average fizzy white head that was mostly lasting and had good lacing. Moderate sour citrus hop aroma. Light to medium body with soft carbonation. Light to medium bitter flavor with a light to medium sweet finish of short duration. This beer just met my expectations.

On tap at WDW. Poured clear lighter amber with a short near-white head. The aroma picked up sweet caramel with light grapefruit and floral accents.. very sweet overall with a candy-like impression. The flavor found very sweet caramel again at the core with increasing citrus bitterness around the edges as it warmed up.. finished spicy and mildly warm. Light-medium bodied and too sweet on the palate, leaving a dry, grainy impression on the finish.. OK feel.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a translucent golden amber with a medium lacing white head. Aroma of fresh American hops, orange, floral notes and caramel. Flavors where a mix of the same also getting some cereal grains.

On tap at the Tampa Brewing Company Tampa, Fl. Light copper pour with a light white head. Not much of an aroma, perhaps, some fresh lake water coming through. Brief hints of hoppines, with some citrus undertones. Quaffable, middle of the road pale ale, nothing offensive yet nothing really jumps out. Smooth, clean mouthfeel, turns a bit stinging near the end and then fades away.
