Commercial Description:
An All-American beer. American organic grown malts, zesty American grown hops and the American ale yeast clearly identify this beer as homegrown. Refreshingly hoppy, pale yet tan and complex maltiness epitomize what this pale ale has brought to the American beer culture. Crisp, clean, sassy and complex, American ale at it finest.

Pours out a clear golden brown. Hoppy with complex malt. Sweet finish. Very drink-able beer. Great stapel American pale ale.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours clear deep gold with off white head and some sheet lacing. The aroma is mostly citrusy grapefruit hops and a sense of sweet malts. The taste has an initial modest malty pulse. Soon after grapefruit enters the picture and takes this to closure with the help of some grainy malts. Pretty nice stuff.

Pours clear golden color. Medium bodied. Full of hops. Pretty tasty for a IPA. Bought a keg of this for a party, then returned the keg 6 months later and charged me 120 dollars. My bad.

GABF 2006. Pours to a clean golden body with a creamy white head. The aroma is sweet honey hoppyness and light graham. The flavor is easy drinking malt with a touch of hops. Nice cereal goodness. Smooth mouthfeel. Balanced bitterness and creamyness.

On tap at the brewery but also DragonStout’s house where I puked my many glasses of it up. Pours dark amber nice white head. Hoppy obviously but more floral and slight citrus hops. Very easy to drink and taste good, but damn all those hops in one night.

On tap, poured light tan with very little head. Mildly hoppy, light crisp taste.
