Jun 14, 2008 on tap-pours a gold color. Aroma is lemon hops, secondary light malt. Taste is lemon hops, secondary light malt, some yeast. I would have said some NW hops too, but was told English-Pride of Ringwood and EKG.

May 16, 2009 Draft... Clear yellow ale with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Nice, thick lacing left behind. The musky, grainy aroma is a decent merger of peppery hops, pale malts and honey. Full-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and nearly expired carbonation. Bittersweet - nickel and tin - pale malt. Lengthy, bitter, grassy, drying finish.

Apr 22, 2008 Draft at brewpub from the tank with brewcrew and The Pompous Ass. Poured hazy copper with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate to heavy sour citrus and light malt aroma. Medium body with a slick texture. Heavy bittersweet flavor with a heavy smooth bittersweet and small alcohol burn finish of long duration. A very good beer.

Oct 20, 2008 Draught. Low and quickly disappearing white head. Hazy yellow body. Weak fruity aroma. Hoppy fruity and flavor with a touch of pepper. High carbonation. Long bitter aftertaste.

Mar 27, 2009 On tap at the Florida Brewers Guild BeerFest 2009. Pours a beautiful clear gold with an off white head and some decent lacing. The aroma is almost nothing at all. If I strain to smell something and allow my imagination to join in I think I get a hint of grapefruit and a sense of vague sweetness. The taste starts vaguely sweet then moves into grapefruit hops and sweetness. By midway the hops bitterness grows to become something like grapefruit, tangelo and orange peel. The body seems about right for the style but the bitterness level is more along the lines of a decent pale ale.

Dec 6, 2008 The aroma is hoppy with citrus and some malt and yeast. The appearance is blond with an average head. The taste is like the aroma and not as weak as some I have tasted from this brewer. The palate is also not as thin as some from this brewer. Overall this is a very drinkable beer and not overly astringent.

May 5, 2009 Tap @ Orlando Brewing. Light amber color. Thin white head. Big aroma of honey. Big hop florals. Flavor is sweet. Lots of caramel. Finishes with a big hop bitterness. A high IBU IPA. Light to medium bodied, big bitterness. 30nov08.

pours clear golden, white head.
Aroma , oh damn, picked up the Orlando straina gain, bready / cookie.and some added hops that were just hard to notice.
Taste, light hops with a light bitter finish, some malts, and I really could not detect much of the hops, leaving me to wonder if this was an IPA or not.
