| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 20, 2008 On tap...Nice light brown w/ a slight off white head. Typical bar pour so there wasn’t much head...Aromas of toasted nuts and grains. The beer tasted very nutty w/ a subtle molasses taste mixed in. The finish was medium bitter with some lingering sweetness. The beer was a little too watery IMHO. Not bad though... decaturstevo (2007), decatur, Tennessee, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 26, 2007 Draft… Clear copper ale with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. The aroma is very chocolaty with some light butter and toffee notes. Malty-sweet, rich, chocolaty flavor with English-type hops to keep the malts acceptably restrained. Medium-bodied and lightly creamy with prickly carbonation. Finishes chocolaty and mildly sweet. Much better than expected. kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA
