Delicious looking cloudy brown pour, lots of frothy lacy white head. Lots of carbonation and a little bit of an alcohol taste...nothing too overpowering. Lots of fruity notes on the nose and palate. Little sour on the finish which i really liked.

Very large head with huge bubbles. Almost chemical aroma. Rather overcarbonated. Unbalanced flavour, not enough malt to the hops. Palate is very sour, and in this case lingers far too long. I usually like trappist beers, but this one was a disappointment.

Bottle, 33cl - Hazy amber brown color with a larger beige head. Aroma is fruity with prefumy notes of hops and dried apricots with hints of caramel. Flavor is sourish malty with notes of yeast, caramelized apples and dates. Balanced and easy to drink.

Dark amber body with a huge white head. The head has dark speckles on it as if cinnamon was sprinkled over it. Sediment at the bottom of the glass and good lacing.Smells of all kinds of fruit like banana, grapefruit, and grapes. Then there spice and bubblegum. Taste of spices, citrus, and hops. Also got notes of banana but not overpowering like in a hefe-weizen. Very good beer that I kind of wished that I saved for my 100th rating.

33cl bottle poured into a Chimay Trappist glass. Cloudy dark orange with ample off-white creamy head. Aroma is bubblegum and spice. Flavor is sweet and spicy with a bit of hop bitterness thrown in. Very high carbonation. The finish is sour at first and fades to a longer lasting bitterness.
