Apr 8, 2009 Bottle at redlight. Really cloudy orangey color. Has a white lumpy head. Smells of caramel and light peachy flavors. The best part of this was the mouthfeel...it turns to gas . awesome.

Apr 8, 2009 Poured gold with a white head. Aroma of fruit and spice. Some lemon grass flavor with a hint of grapefruit and finished with some spice.

Apr 7, 2009 05/05/2008 bottle into chalice. Pours a milky caramel color with a tall, chunky beige head that has great retention. Aroma is lemon, musty hay, cellar, caramel apple, nectarine, mild yeasty dough, hints of underripe banana, cherry jolly rancher and a really nice, musty citrus hop profile. Flavor is yeasty bread rolls, caramel, banana with a chunk of peel on it, nice citrus and earthy hops, cellar, a little bretty funk. Finish is fairly clean with some fruity yeast notes and some nice citrus hops. Palate is thin and a little chalky on the entry with a nice fluffy carbonation in ht middle and a fairly dry finish. Very good and insanely drinkable, if it were about half of the price that it is and it was available closer to home I would probably buy it all the time.

Apr 5, 2009 Poured from 11.2 oz bottled on 23.9.2008. Golden amber with huge off white head, very inpressive looking. Aroma of grapefruit, yeast. A bit of a musty smell. Taste was not what I expected, maybe it was the carbonation, very dry to the palate, hops were very subtle, with a good finish.Overall a good beer, but not worth the price.

Apr 3, 2009 Pours a cloudy orange with a thin white head, The aroma is very sweet. Banana, grape, and hops stand out. I do detect hints of other dark fruit, maybe plum. The flavor is about the same, the banana really stands out at first, but the finish a a bit bitter with the hops coming through. Not what I expected, but still pretty good.

Apr 3, 2009 Pleasant hoppy aroma. Pours a cloudy orange colour with a fairly large and long lasting head. Highly carbonated. Strong hoppy flavour with moderate to high bitterness. An enjoyable beer.

Mar 31, 2009 Bottle, bottled on date 24/04/2007 best before 24/04/2012. A hazy light amber pour ,loads of carbonation bubbles,and a huge fluffy off white head, wonderful lacing and lasted till the very end.
Aroma is a wonderful scent of spices,sugar and lemon,lighter notes of orange and a nice finish of yeast and hops.The flavor is a blend of spices & lemon, Light banana notes and fruity esters form the yeast, nice bready notes, a crisp refreshing mouthfeel with a very dry finish of hops and alcohol. Very complex and balanced.A very fun try .
