Bottled on 8/8/07. Pours a bright orange color, slightly carbonated with a thick pillowy off white head. Aroma is amazing; quite flowery, tangy, fruity with some yeast and a perfume presence. Not quite as strong or balanced as the aroma would indicate. Tangy fruits, hard cider, fragrance, some yeast but not as much as I expected. Quite acidic as well with a dry and sour finish. Light numbing on the tongue. Very complex as it seems I pick something different up with each taste. An interesting and unique brew.

Jul 17, 2008 Possibly the last beer I will have until the great taste of the midwest. An old classic here. Strong floral hop and brett nose with a touch of vinager and funk. flavor is quite a bit of floral brett/hop fusion with some spices and some light fruity esters. Finishes bubbly with a bit of alcohol and the slightest touch of tartness. This review is from a fresh bottle. they get more fun the longer you leave them around...

Jul 17, 2008 Bottle: This one is for eaglefan538 aka Brian. I read his rating/raving and had to try this... Orange/amber in color, big head that left a nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is sweet spices and a small amount of hops. Taste is fruity, spicy and a touch of hops. Smooth and easy to drink. Medium texture with low carbonation. A little dry but overall a good brew.

Jul 17, 2008 330 ml bottle. Hazy orange colour. Big and lasting white head. Aroma of citrus fruits and dry champagne. Foamy and smooth mouthfeel. Very dry and fruity flavour, with hoppy bitterness and some alcohol warmth in the finish. Very interesting and enjoyable.

Jul 17, 2008 Hazy orange color with huge, long-lasting, cloudy and lacy off-white head. Aroma is sourish, apple-like, yeasty and fruity. Flavor is dry, sour, fruity and spicy with bitter finish. Palate is medium-bodied, dry with smooth and foamy carbonation

does not count  Jul 16, 2008 Pours a deep copper with a firm white head. Aroma is of citrus (combination of orange and lime). Light bodied with good carbonation. Tastes of cloves, then sweet malt with faint hints of fruit, then some dry hoppiness. I’m not sure if it deserves such a high rating but it is very enjoyable nonetheless.
