Taste is bitter up front with more pine and some citrus flavors. Nice maltiness as well, but the hops dominate. Medium mouthfeel with bitter finish. The flavor is heavy on the hops, but has a good balance. The palate is refreshing and citrus. Flavor is heavy on pine, citrus hops, with some nice carmel maltiness to balance it out. finish is medium with a nice bitter hops finish. overall, the best pale ale I have tasted. Smells of citrus, light pine, and some faint caramel. The taste is nicely mild with decent hops present. Tastey citrus with pine showing nicely against a malty and grainy background. Flavor was a little bitter that stuck with you ’til the next drink. Not bad.
