Commercial Description:
Brewed with hefty amounts of European malts and four kinds of American hops, it delivers a blast of hop aromas, a rich middle of malt and hops, and a thrilling finish. It weighs in at 6.5 % alcohol by volume. Why squeeze such a big brew into a little can? Because we think fun in the great outdoors calls for great beer. Our cans go where bottled beers can't, where flavorless canned beers don't belong. And no matter where you drink Dale's Pale Ale, our can protect it from light and oxidation far better than bottles do.

Northern Brewer for bittering, Cascade and Columbus for flavor, and a big, post-boil addition of Centennial for aroma.

Always a treat. Amber with nice white head. Citrus hop aroma. Creamy and soft on the tongue with hops following close behind to spice things up. Dry and citrusy flavor. Nice and clean.

12 oz can: Aroma had a nice grassy/hoppy aroma, citrus, light caramel malt notes, and that’s about it. Poured a golden/ lightly amber pour with a fluffy white head that diminishes into a soapy white film. Taste is almost chewy. Hops and a melding of flvors makes this brew really interesting to me. Nicley carbonated and has a nice mouthfeel. Overall, I like this stuff. Would like it more if I could get it regularly in Michigan. Cheers!!

Nice find, thanks to BFC. Very nice example of what a Pale Ale should be. Nice yellow color. Armoa is copper and hops. Flavor is nice and bitter, with a tart, dry finish. Solid malt backbone allows the hops to shine. Different hop flavors swirl around and come in and out. ABV is perfect for this one. All around great taste, and very refreshing. Perfect fishing beer!

V - amber color, refreshing for what’s termed a pale ale.
A - somewhat hoppy aroma with some hefe type elements
T - hoppy with some more malts in the taste
P - much more like an IPA.

Draft at Mad Mex (Monroeville). Pours a medium amber, no real head to speak of. Aroma is semi-sweet, hoppy. Flavor is a nice, mild hop profile some touches of floral and pine.

Pours a very nice dark amber in color, with a nice two inches of pillowy head. Very hoppy on the nose, the smell is very inviting and is a great start. Taste is very hoppy, but much more balanced than the nose lets on. Good hop bitterness, but enough malt to keep it together. This is a very easy drinking, solid beer.

Golden orange with a fluffy offwhite head. Cant wait for this beer from a can. Citrusy hoppy and sweet malt aromas. bursting with flavor! pale malt and awesomely hoppy, little bit of bitterness on the tongue. Very bold and flavorful APA, extremely enjoyable!

As mentioned over and over, a total suprise based on it being from a can. Pours a fluffy golden orange. Smells very hoppy, but doesn’t out do the equal parts of malt. Depending on the can, it can be really hoppy or almost too malty. Either way, it’s a delight and a treat.
