Commercial Description:
Brewed with hefty amounts of European malts and four kinds of American hops, it delivers a blast of hop aromas, a rich middle of malt and hops, and a thrilling finish. It weighs in at 6.5 % alcohol by volume. Why squeeze such a big brew into a little can? Because we think fun in the great outdoors calls for great beer. Our cans go where bottled beers can't, where flavorless canned beers don't belong. And no matter where you drink Dale's Pale Ale, our can protect it from light and oxidation far better than bottles do.

Northern Brewer for bittering, Cascade and Columbus for flavor, and a big, post-boil addition of Centennial for aroma.

Nice and hoppy - a bit malty & sweet but not overpowering. I love the new mini-trend of canned craft beers!

12oz can from S.B. Liquor San Diego. Wow! One of the best pale’s I’ve had in some time. Great aroma of pine and citrus with some malt in the back drop. Great balance through out the finish, highly recommended!

Can. Pours copper color with a crisp offwhite head, somewhat sticky and nice lace. Smells equally hoppy and malty together, almost honey like, a little metallic as well. Tastes hoppy sweet, slightly caramelly with a bitter finish, some malts in there as well and a little metallic flavor.Thin to medium body, carbonation is a bit subdued.

I bought a case of Dale’s a little over a month ago; I have one left (tears). I love this beer. It has a big bold and crisp hop flavor, and great aroma. Pours a rich copper color with about a one inch head. Amazing!

An ale with light brown colour. A small head. Hoppyness in nose. Too hoppy for my taste.

Can. Pours a slightly hazy amber with a one finger white head. Nose is floral hops and malt. Palate is sweet malt upfront with light citrus followed by a mellow pine bite in the finish. Light mouth feel and great lacing. This is my style of APA – nice and hoppy. Good beer and again, love the can!

330ml Can (Pikkulintu, Helsinki)- Amber in colour with a nice hoppy aroma along with peach and a bit of toffee. Well balanced taste with peaches, toffee and a nice hoppiness. Maybe I am going overboard because I am pleasantly surprised by this but it is the best canned beer I have ever had.
