lebshiff21 (85), Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, USA May 29, 2008 Nice and hoppy - a bit malty & sweet but not overpowering. I love the new mini-trend of canned craft beers! Snojerk321 (1917), San Diego, California, USA May 27, 2008 12oz can from S.B. Liquor San Diego. Wow! One of the best pale’s I’ve had in some time. Great aroma of pine and citrus with some malt in the back drop. Great balance through out the finish, highly recommended! sleepylopes (313), New York, USA May 27, 2008 a long time favorite. nice deep amber with a decent protien rich head. bit of lacing. great aroma of rich hops in differnt stages of the production, the malt stands out as well. smooth and bitter but so drinkable. doubleo (1096), San Diego, California, USA May 26, 2008 Can. Pours copper color with a crisp offwhite head, somewhat sticky and nice lace. Smells equally hoppy and malty together, almost honey like, a little metallic as well. Tastes hoppy sweet, slightly caramelly with a bitter finish, some malts in there as well and a little metallic flavor.Thin to medium body, carbonation is a bit subdued. brewandstew (11), Salisbury, Maryland, USA May 26, 2008 I bought a case of Dale’s a little over a month ago; I have one left (tears). I love this beer. It has a big bold and crisp hop flavor, and great aroma. Pours a rich copper color with about a one inch head. Amazing! JK54B (913), Helsinki, Finland May 25, 2008 An ale with light brown colour. A small head. Hoppyness in nose. Too hoppy for my taste. Sparky27 (1559), Phoenix, Arizona, USA May 24, 2008 Can. Pours a slightly hazy amber with a one finger white head. Nose is floral hops and malt. Palate is sweet malt upfront with light citrus followed by a mellow pine bite in the finish. Light mouth feel and great lacing. This is my style of APA – nice and hoppy. Good beer and again, love the can! SaintMatty (1197), Tallinn, Estonia May 23, 2008 330ml Can (Pikkulintu, Helsinki)- Amber in colour with a nice hoppy aroma along with peach and a bit of toffee. Well balanced taste with peaches, toffee and a nice hoppiness. Maybe I am going overboard because I am pleasantly surprised by this but it is the best canned beer I have ever had.
