Commercial Description:
Brewed with hefty amounts of European malts and four kinds of American hops, it delivers a blast of hop aromas, a rich middle of malt and hops, and a thrilling finish. It weighs in at 6.5 % alcohol by volume. Why squeeze such a big brew into a little can? Because we think fun in the great outdoors calls for great beer. Our cans go where bottled beers can't, where flavorless canned beers don't belong. And no matter where you drink Dale's Pale Ale, our can protect it from light and oxidation far better than bottles do.

Northern Brewer for bittering, Cascade and Columbus for flavor, and a big, post-boil addition of Centennial for aroma.

Great pale in a can. Everything a good pale ale should be. Great hoppy flavor with just enough bitter to round it out. Apearance? The can looks great!

Thanks to JVD for this one Can poured into a pint glass produced a off white head on top of a clear pale orange body Aromas of crisp malts and a light floral hops note Flavors are the same as the nose malt up front followed by a hop bitter good balance on this brew. Medium body good carbonation on the tongue Highly drinkable, I could see me knocking back a few of these. great brew all and all

Canned, from Kegs & Barrels in McKinney, TX. Pours a nice orangy copper with off-white head. Aroma of fruity hop’s and malt. Taste is sweet malt, hop’s. Nice bitter in the end. Medium carbonation with full mouthfeel.....good beer.

gold, cottonwood head. bold hop aroma with a creamy edge. now that’s how I likes it! long lasting, rounded, flavorful bitterness rises quickly, plateaus, and maintains at length. anything more polarized would seems like an attempt at an ipa. base reminds me of a few cream ales i’ve had. very pure bitterness, nearly goes over the top and into astringent, but commands the tightrope and finishes memorable.

Whoops, missed rating this in the past... Strongly hopped (west coast style) APA. Plenty of hop aroma pours out of the can opening to let you prepare your tongue for the fresh hoppy, citrusy and slightly sweet flavor. crisp, somewhat bitter finish. Borders on IPA. Appearance = can. Expect it will be as good or better in a glass.

Can courtesy of Mar. I really liked this beer. To me, this is what a hoppy american pale ale should taste like. Definitely an everyday drinker. Can, clear orange, almost apple juice color, very hoppy nose, citrusy and sweet. Flavor was malty, creamy. Perfect hop balance. Not overwhelmingly hoppy, very smooth to drink.
