Body is medium-full. Mouthfeel is clay and mold. Texture is dull, but wonderful. Carbonation is visually present, and active. Finish is long, sweet, sour, and deep.
Overall experience: 18 out of 20. I liked the uniquity of the canned delivery, the surprise of the quality, the aroma, the color, and the flavor. MaltOMeal (652), Land of Sugar, Texas, USA

Nice strong smell of pine and citrus with some malt sweetness noticeable. Taste is pine, pine, pine with a hint of citrus. Yummy! Mouthfeel is medium with a good bitter aftertaste. Much like an IPA. Would have liked it a tad sweeter though it is still definitely the best pale I’ve had. Glad it is finally available in Texas. matt7215 (967), Cambridge, Ontario, Canada

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Apr 24, 2008 Pours a filtered liquid gold color. Looks fantastic in the glass. The head is medium bodied with a small amount of lacing that lingers. The aroma is of pine, hops, with a touch of citrus. The mouthfeel is medium sharp with a decent amout of carbonation. Flavor is very hoppy for only a pale ale (i.e. not an IPA). The finish has the sting of bright hop flavors unlike anything I have had. Great beer! phishpond417 (1946), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
