| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Sep 11, 2006 Can, pre-TOOL concert. Pours a beautiful and thick amber, with a nice head and intricate lacing. Aroma is an offshoot of grapefruit with a slight roasted malt presence. Flavor is full-on sour, with notes of grapefruit and grassy hops. A slight tinge of grape seems to be lingering. Full, flowing mouthfeel. Don’t let the cheap-looking can fool you; this is a damn good beer. clong83 (243), San Diego, California, USA

And that’s part of what makes it even better. Well-hopped, seemed like dominant cascade hops. Great flavor, sticky, bitter, but not too heavy, perfect for playing croquet in the hot sun. | 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Oct 19, 2007 [Bottle bought in Vinens Verden.] This was just a very great sample ...and then a can!?=(")¤%/"¤. Never thought I should give a can the note of 4.2. Like a IPA or IIPA with remarkable notes of Cascade/Centennial such as flowers, fruits, spring, citrus, not so much grapefruit, nice bitterness and a very nice finish, great for broadsiding experiments! Like a summer IPA! hammenlind (738), Sundbyberg, Sweden

Flavour is quite malty and earthy. Really hoppy flavour as well. Great bitterness. Glouglouburp (2887), Montreal, Quebec, Canada
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jan 17, 2007 Cloudy orange body topped by an initially large white head. Rich body full of tasty hops. Succulent crisp caramel and delicious citrusy hops offering more flavours than mere bitterness. Resinous and a bit oily. This is a superior pale ale. One of the finest thirst quencher pale ale I’ve had, one I could drink on a daily. The best think to come out of a small can since Heinz Beans. Sadly, I actually mean it. I thought this was just some brewery’s idea of getting noticed by filling some weak beer into a can. Man was i wrong. I was amazed by the quality and flavor of this beer. Micro-brew in a can!... Copper color, stong hop aroma, nice bitterness. Now you can enjoys a quality craft beer at any pool party and still smash the can on your head when your done! kcmole (28), USA
