(can - 12 oz) Ruby red pour with a thick tan head. Aroma is rich and malty with a strong citrus and floral hop background. Flavor begins with a smooth malt and with a light citrus and floral backbone. Flavor disappears almost instantly and only leaves a light bitterness. For as good as it smelled and as good as the flavor began, I was shocked that it disappeared that quickly.

What a great pour from a can. Bright, intense hop aroma, flavor of citrus and kind of a toffee malt, with other fruity, herby overtones. Nice dry finish. Alcohol seems just right. I can wait to pop a can for my snobbish friends who think good beers only come just in dusty old bottles.

Poured from can. Awesome aroma of hops (of course), malt, ocean. Dark amber, persistent head. Oh my, the hop/malt flavor is both bitter and sweet at once. Very balanced and very drinkable. Alcohol is noticed in backtaste. This beer makes my mouth very happy.

Foamy white hea and a dark amber body. Smells a little bit like booze, but also smells like flowers and stuff. Taste is hoppy, but not hopslaughter. It is a little sweet, and as the can says, it is also rather sticky in the mouth. Overall, there are a lot of malts all through this beer. ’Tis a pretty damn good beer on whole.

On tap at The Big Hunt, Washington, DC. Dark, reddish copper pour, dense off-white head. Sticky, thick, candy-like mouthfeel. Sweet, resin, caramel, alcohol, hops.

12 oz. can courtesy of lamas. Poured hazy, light amber with a few small splotches of lace. Nose is bready and sweet with a subtle floral bouquet. Oily and medium bodied. Sweet, resiny, citrus flavor. Smooth and hoppy, this one is very easy drinking. Alcohol is very well hidden. Nowhere near as big as other DIPAs out there. Met one of the OB brewers in a Phish lot, he said this is more accurately classifed as an imperial red. Very nice.

Sampled in Lexington, Va. A big punch out of a small tin can. As a very nicy hoppy flavor that is not too over powering, but quality. Alcohol percentage is very strong but still a pretty easy drinking brew.

Can thanks to mcbackus: Poured a coppery brown with a off white cream head. Aroma is hoppy and citrus. Taste is caramel malt with a bitter chewy hops finish.
