Commercial Description:
Our first lager produced with the 20 bbl brewhouse. This pilsner is a clear golden color. Four additions of Saaz hops lend a spicy-floral hop component.

Pours a hazy honey gold with a mid-sized white head. Smells like extremely light hops with some lemon sorbet. Slightly grassy. Really lacking in flavor. There’s a slight malty sweetness, with a bit of grain and an herbal note (not quite hops)... that’s about it. It isn’t terrible, but I won’t ever buy it again.

Draft at brewpub...pours a straw yellow brown with a thin white head... Aroma of grassy saaz hop aroma... Crisp and clean flavor with light grain and a saaz hop grassy finish. Drinkable to the say the least.

In tap. Pours a light bright yellow color with a thick fluffy white foam that leaves tons of lacing all the way down. Smell has a light hop character with toasted grains and hints of lemon grass. Some spice and malt can be found. Taste is toasted grain and cereal flavor with some malt sweetness in the finish. A bit of hop bitterness initially which slowly evens out with a light spice flavor. Light body with lots of carbonation. Crisp and clean.

Can 355 ml , batch 23
Appearance: deep golden look with fairly large white frothy top, neat lace shown.
Nose: mild fresh bitter hop aromas , meadow flowery with golden malts , touch of alcohol
Flavor/Palate : medium bodied with crisp bitter character. Quiet drinkable and refreshing. Malty but not overly so , this one is more on hop side. Solid Pils from Oskar Blues.

Can. Pours a pale light golden body with a tiny fizzy white head. Weak grassy aroma with some slight hop notes. Flavor is somewhat spicy with a nice hop bite. Crisp easy drinking pils. I thought this was better just having a few outta the can. Not bad.

This one poured a golden yellow color with a white head. Aroma was a bit grassy somewhat sweet and some hop spice as well. Flavor was a bit upfront for a pilsner, grassy and sweet with some lingering bitterness. Not great but decent for the style.
