Nose is subdued saaz hops and lager yeast. Taste is grainy, with some hay and grassy hops. A little dms buttery as well. Body is light, finish is dry.
Carbonation is average for the style. An almost ok pils. biznizness (940), Mooresville, North Carolina, USA

I’ve been waiting to get my hands on this one (now all I need is Ten Fidy in a can to have the whole lineup). Decent pils but definitely not top shelf. There is some novelty to drinking a pretty good pils out of a can though, as opposed to most of the drivel out there. I love canned beer. drjay44 (799), Salida, Colorado, USA

Pours a thin head over a clear, pale yellow (SRM 5) body....nose light spice, no pine, no citrus.....taste isl ight malts with minimal bitterness on the finish. Mouth feel is light, This does not have enough spice/hop bite or nose. Hangover (768), Atlanta, USA

Grassy and hay flavor, saaz lends a bit of spiciness. Lots better than most brews in a can. ukoolaid (572), Amherst, Massachusetts, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 10, 2009 Beautiful straw color. Has that typical pils smell. A little tinny. Almost too sweet. Alcohol lingers on the palate. Good on a summer day. BrotherGrendel (591), San Diego, California, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jul 9, 2009 Ultra-creamy white head sustains, straw hue with good clarity. Nose is pilsner malts with hints of grassy-earthy hops. Flavor is bread and grainy pilsner malts with hints of hay, sweet cereal, and moderate levels of hop bitterness with grassy flavor. Light-bodied, creamy smooth texture, moderate carbonation. Very easy drinking with a solid flavor profile, great example of a Czech-style Pilsner! gsmitty80 (646), Washington DC, USA

I think it was an outstandingly smooth pilsner and very good, although from the brewing company I had hoped for a higher alcohol content than 5.3.
