Commercial Description:
Our first lager produced with the 20 bbl brewhouse. This pilsner is a clear golden color. Four additions of Saaz hops lend a spicy-floral hop component.

Can split with Curly and ScottyP at the Impromtu Woody’s Ticker Tasting. Pours a near clear yellow with very wispy white head. Nose is a little grainy and grassy and follows in flavor. Semi-bitter twinge in the finish. Decent for style. And in a can!

12oz can. Pours a clear and bubbly pale, golden yellow body with a finger-width, foamy, white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a moderate amount of soapy lacing. Aroma of grainy, pale, pils malts and a light grass. Grainy, malty flavor with a good amount of soft, grassy hops. Finishes dry with a light grassy linger and a touch of sweet caramel. Very well balanced and easy drinking with a medium body and a crisp, carbonated feel on the backend. Overall, not the best beer offered by Oskar Blues, but a solid pils. Well made and enjoyable.

Pours golden yellow with good size white head. Aroma is crisp and lightly malty. Mouthfeel is thicker than expected, taste is again crisp and malty. Decent.

Draught @ Falcon Tavern - Pours a golden yellow with a medium white head...aroma is floral hops, cereal grains and nicely dirty...flavour is similar, and fiercly carbonated...very chewy for a pils, but still a fun brew...

The look is clear, yellow straw colored, with an ok off white. The smell is grains, floral, malts, and grassy. The taste is the same as the smell. Crisp and light.

Can from By The Bottle... Poured golden with a white head. Aroma was pleasant with a sweet, grassy, honey tone and earthy malts. Big carbonation on the palate, flavors were crisp with a nice hop character and an earthy, sweet honey and grain character. A littler bitterness for balance in the finish.

Full, soft and round on the palate. Mild bittering and sweetness. A little grainy. Sipped from can. Superb carbonation, slightly creamy. A decent canned beer.
