May 1, 2009 Sweet aroma - light malt & some corn. Good flavor - lightly kilned malt, some sweet corn, wrapping up with a very light noble hopping. A very well done & tasty pils.

May 1, 2009 12 oz can. Clear Yellow pilsener color. Aroma generic pilsener with grains, lemon. Flavor is light, with some creamy bready flavors. Touch of hops. Not a bad Oskar Blues beer, but certainly not the best.

Apr 30, 2009 12oz can thanks to sparky27. Pours clear golden yellow with billowing white head. Aroma is lots of grain with some bread and lemon. Flavor is light with mostly grain and with some light citrus and bread. Very light bodied and easy on the palate. Not really a whole lot different than some of the macros.

Apr 30, 2009 12 oz can shared by csbosox. Pour is clear yellow golden, with nice settling and a smallish white head that fell quick. OK lacing. Aroma of earthy grain (not quite corn, but something like that), fresh floral bitterness and toasty bready malt. Taste is earthy, full grain maltiness, bright floral hop bitterness. Palate is medium, heavier than most pils I have had. Nice mineral element in the back. Nice one. Thanks Chris!

Apr 30, 2009 From a 12oz Can. Mostly transparent, golden yellow colored body with a thick layer of fizzy white foam. Aromas of lemony floral hops and crackery malt. Clean. Medium light bodied, moderately carbonated mouthfeel with a rich, malty texture. Grainy malt sweetness up front on the palate. As it warms, the graininess subsides and the pils malt flavor becomes more and more bready, but it still has a bit of an unpleasant huskiness. The body is definitely full enough to be similar to a bo pils, but I’m not completely taken with the pils malt character. Mildly hoppy, with a lemony flavor and low bitterness that lingers in the finish. OK, but not my favorite pils.

Apr 29, 2009 Can. Clear yellow. Small head. Nose is bit malty and not quite hoppy. Malty taste, a bit sweet, nice bitter sharp ending. Drinkable and sessionable. Nice pils.

Apr 28, 2009 Pours a clear gold with a large frothy head, slow to dissipate. Aroma has malt, wheat, and floral notes- subtle but nice. Flavor is quite nice- again lots of wheat with a bit of bitterness and yeast. Light palate, but overall impressive for a pils.
