Apr 22, 2009 Color is a bright yellow with good carbonation and a frothy head. Aroma of grain and corn. Taste is light and crisp. Starting with a light body it goes down crisp and easy. Finish of sweet malt, a little like creamed corn then a hint of floral hop flavor and a full bitterness. After taste is a lingering of the grain and bitterness. Overall its a bold Pils with more flavor then most, but still just a pils and is a bit over priced at $9.00 for a six pack.

Apr 22, 2009 Poured with a big white head, no lace. Aroma was very floral aromatic, malty and nice. Color is a bright polished brass. Flavor is very malty sweet with some good hops and some other odd chemical flavor that disappears after the first few sips. Real good carbonation/mouthfeel. Definitely a session beer.

Apr 22, 2009 Pours a nice gold color. Large poofy white head. Yeasty, bready aroma. Mildly hopped. Very minimal sweetness. Slightly bitter. Crisp and smooth and overall rather good even if it is not too extraordinary.

Apr 22, 2009 Can, with Alaskanwarren. Thanks Brian! Gold/yellow, smallish white layer of foam. Light caramel corn aroma, a little bit of earthy hops. Cooked corn and sort of a licorice/mint/medicine hop character. Soft mouthfeel with good firmness, though maybe a touch full for a pils. Seemed like a beer that could fit in happily with most of the pils I’ve tried in Germany. But while a bit of DMS is authentic, I could happily do without it.

Apr 20, 2009 12oz can 4/20/09 (Courtesy of RSRIZZO)-Pours a light golden body with a small white ring for a head. Aroma of hops and malt. Taste of hte same. This light bodied brew is not bad but nothing to write home about.

Apr 20, 2009 Can from City Beer in SF, in celebration of "Beer Wars." "Yella"-golden appearance with a white head. Grassy hops and sweet pale malt in the aroma, same on the flavor. Nothing special but good for the style. Drinkable with a light palate.

Apr 19, 2009 On tap at Hulmeville Inn A middle of the road pils pours a nice golden color with a little haze small amount of head. Nothing overwhelming here its light and not very interesting as far as hops goes wish they had dale’s pale ale instead
