Commercial Description:
Our first lager produced with the 20 bbl brewhouse. This pilsner is a clear golden color. Four additions of Saaz hops lend a spicy-floral hop component.

Aroma - somewhat sweet; Appearance - golden color, fluffy head, great lacing; Flavor - tasty malt front for the style, slight tang in the back, clean finish; Palate - barely crisp mouthfeel, good body; Overall - very solid performance, nicely balanced, full of flavor.

Tin. Poured honey gold with thick white head. Slight grassy aroma. Light flavour with a little wateriness. Wateriness in the hop finish. Not bad, byt not superior either.

A decent pils. Lots of Saaz aroma and flavor. I like the fact that it comes in a can. Perfect for camping.

clear golden pour, slight head. Malt dominates, even abit sweet, some nice hops aftertaste, some grass, nice drinker.

Can: Weak grass and corn aroma. Cloudy yellow, headless. Cardboardy with a touch of lemony tartness. Maybe some berries in the end, but obviously off.

Can. Pours a large, white, frothy head. Clear, golden body. Spicy, herbal, noble hop aroma with underlying grainy/bready malt. Flavor is full of spicy hops held up by a sunny, summery Pilsener malt backbone. Light, smooth body. Malty sweet up front with a clean, crisp, lightly bitter finish. Lively carbonation. Overall a straightforward, simple, delicious Pilsener. Well done.

Can pours a crystal clear goldenrod body with a large vanilla head. Spicy and grassy hop aroma. Taste has a floral and spicy hop bitterness that is balanced by biscuity malt that has a hint of honey sweetness. One of the better American brewed pilsners I’ve run across.
