Nose is full of lemon grass and weak saaz aroma. You can taste corn malt with zesty lemon peel that is slick as you sip it. Very carbonated and full bodied.

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 14, 2009 The beer pours a nice golden color with a good head that leaves some lace. The aroma is pretty gosh darned faint which put me off right away, but when you get your nose in there there is some spicy hop and some bready notes, but I generally prefer a beer that I don’t have to work so hard to find an aroma on. The flavor is very good, nicely hoppy with some baguette like maltiness and a mild salty character, pretty standard well made American pilsner.
I liked this beer but I expected oh so much more. cbeers21 (576), Miami, Florida, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 5, 2009 Thin straw yellow with some bite. Little head. Decent mouthfeel, rather thin, but substantial, a little more nuanced and grassy with a touch of some herbal hops there. An earthy vibe for sure, featuring a sturdiness to the brew which lack a little flexibility to compliment the other flavors. Solid for the style. dimenhetfield (198), , Florida, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 5, 2009 I’m not really a fan of pilsners, but this one is pretty good. The aroma is semi sweet with subtle hints of hops. It’s pretty smooth and goes down really well. scooterbub (382), Lander, Wyoming, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 30, 2009 Can. Pours a hazy golden yellow with a large, foamy, white head that slowly fades. Taste is floral, of wheat, hops and malt. Same aftertaste that is slightly bitter. Similar aroma. Reminds me of a wheat beer. Slightly oily body. Easy to drink and rather enjoyable. Worth picking up again, especially during the summer. andyhite (293), Murfreesboro, Tennessee, USA

Taste - mellow, crisp, juicy citrus, faint tropical fruit, minimal salty finish. great with sushi and sashimi. lighter fare paired on purpose. tasty from the can. slight spice from carbonation, not from flavor.
