A thick black pour, with a slightly thin head. The presence of alcohol is definitely displayed, but nicely camouflaged under the pleasant taste of smokey chocolate and coffee. A sweet bittery finish, but not overwhelming.

The flavor is good with plenty of sweetness and blended well. The alcohol is well hidden. Has a slick texture. A full body. The finish is good with a nice touch of bitterness. A good aftertaste. Malty, roasted nose with espresso, ashes, tar and cocoa. Malty, roasted taste with notes of dark chocolate, cocoa, black coffee, ashes and some tar. Generous cocoa bitterness in a long finish. Full body, slightly oily mouthfeel, fairly dry. Alcohol fairly well hidden. Well, it’s bold, full bodied, hoppy, strong and ... it’s canned! But in some way it’s very well balanced and quite easy to drink. Very tasty and quite brilliant!
