On tap at the Brewpub in Lyons. Pours a hazy lemon color with thin white head. Aroma is sweet and floral with notes of banana, honey, clove, grass wheat. Flavor is about the same, some additional notes of caramel and spice. Generally light to medium body with a light funk on finish. Good overall.

tap at the Lyons brewpub - Pours a hazy straw color with a lasting white head. The mild aroma has wheat and light citrus. The flavor is sweet, citrusy, and lightly spicy. It finishes with a touch of hops. Decent.

hazy golden pour with some white head. Aroma is some spice, a little stronger than blue moon. Flavor is decent, nothing special. Dry, spicy wheat ale with a lot of carbonation. Basically the best blue moon you’ve ever had.

On tap @ the brewpub. Cloudy light golden straw with a minimal white head. Flavor is lightly orangey with light spicy coriander. Wheaty semi-dry finish with bitterness @ a Light to medium body with moderate prickly carbonation. The aroma had a slightly soapy character to it in addition to the aforementioned flavors. Preety decent wit.

Draft, brewpub. Can I forgo the review and just say it looks, smells and tastes like nearly every other witbier out there? No flaws, nicely chewy, maybe a little heavy on the codiander, but as far as wits go it’s basically what you get from every other microbrewery in the us, no surprises.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy light straw with a fluffy white head. The nose is of wheat, citrus, light cotton candy and faint coriander. Light-bodied, soft and wheaty with a dry spicy finish. The flavor is of wheat, Belgian yeast, citrus (orange peel) and coriander. It finishes fairly spice-forward, but it’s not too much for my anti-spice tastes. This is a solid wit.
