gws57 (951), Saint Charles, Illinois, USA Mar 23, 2008 Found this one bottled at the brewery in Plover, Wisconsin. Hazy, reddish brown pour with a medium, slowly dissipating whitish head. Light, sweet citrusy nose, strawberry, baked bread, and crystal malts with an alcoholic binder. Woody, grassy flavor with notes of apple cider, lime, cranberry, brandy, balanced with some grapefruit rind and rosy hoppiness. Strong finish. Interesting and very good.
Cornfield (4245), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA May 5, 2008 Thanks to whomever poured me a glass. It poured a deep gold body, somewhat hazy, with a smallish fizzy head. The aroma was honey sweet with light bready malts and a hint of tangerines. Light bodied. The flavor pretty well echoed the aroma except for a slight tart apple taste that jumped in midway. Not too bad.

OSLO (590), Minnesota, USA Mar 3, 2008 [Bottle, thanks Skyview] Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is really strong, sweet apple--not too good. Taste is apple, malt and light oak in the finish. Medium-thin mouthfeel. I didn’t really care for this beer much. badgerben (2990), Blaine, Minnesota, USA Feb 29, 2008 Thank you Skyview! Dark and cloudy copper color. Appley aroma. Grassy, herbal, sweet apple taste. JohnnyOS (610), Golden, Wisconsin, USA Jan 13, 2008 Pours hazy blonde with white head. Light caramel and malt aroma with some yeast and apple presence. Flavor is somewhat oaky with touch of brandy hop and citrus.
