Commercial Description:
The perfect deer camp companion while playing cards, telling stories, and hanging out with your no good brother in-law. Enjoy! Six-pack carriers came with five Doe In Heat bottles with orange crowns and one Buck In Rut bottle with a black crown.

Seen this one and reminded me of my hunting back in the day. Decent lemon zest aroma. Hazy yellow bdy with decent head. Flavor was better than aroma some sour lemon zest and somewhat soapy. Easy drinkable brew while playing cards on NYE 09

Cloudy banana yellow with a small white head, gone. Aroma of sweet malt, grains, corn and fruit. Taste of malt, light fruit and a touch of lemon. Effervescent and easy drinking, refreshing and okay, but that’s about it.

Had this one bottled thanks to Slothgar! Very nice floral and citrusy notes, lightly malty but not overpowering in any one area, very smooth and mild finish. I liked it.

Lucky enough to find the last six pack from at a local gas-station. Pours light golden clear with thin white head... doesn’t last long. Lighter flavor. Aroma of malts, light fruit and a bit of apple and hops. Unique packaging idea, drinkable but average.

On draught at the brewery tap room in Plover, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden light blonde brew with a thin white head that quickly dissipates to a film top. Aroma of golden grain malts, fruity pear and apple character, with some noble hops. Taste is light bodied, lightly carbonated with flavors of golden grain malt, noble/grassy hops with a touch of apple. Finish has a semi-dry pear fruit aftertaste with some mild bitterness. Neat packaging idea by placing one bottle of Buck in Rut with five Doe in Heat bottles.
