Commercial Description:
Oops, we colored outside the lines again! This summer's release couples thirst quenching raw wheat with an eyebrow raising West Coast hop to create a unique light bodied, easy drinking Belgian style wheat thingy. Enjoy the summer storms!

Picked up a few single bottles at the brewery in Plover, Wisconsin. Pours a clear straw colored brew with a fast dissolving white head that dissipates nearly clean with a thin white ring. Aroma of lemon and lemon zest, some thin wheat malt, a touch of grassy hops and some white pepper. Taste is light bodied, some carbonation with a lemon zest and wheat malt flavor. Finish is slightly tart with a continued wheat and lemon zest aftertaste that finishes crisp.

Pours a brightly coloured amber/orange colour with a medium sized white head. Aroma is friendly, caramel, slight hops, grass notes and very earthy characteristics (dirt, i think). Taste is smooth, noticeably acidic, with slight bitterness in the finish.
