Cloudy red, thin white head. Sweet, caramel and toffee aroma. sweet flavors, mostly, maybe some kinda unwelcome sour notes in the finish. OK, I suppose...

500 ml. Dingy copper with a small disc of bubbles. Nose is earth-spiced toffee with an unidentifiable sharp edge to it. Flavor is brown sugar, sweet apple cider, and lightly tart pear. Light-medium body is nearly astringent, in spite of all the sweet malt flavors.

Poured amber with a small head. Sweet malts with a yeasty, bread aroma. Low cabonation and weak finish.

Bottle. Pours a dark copper brown body with a just off white head. Dark malt bill with hints of caramel and coco, with some doughy bread y notes. A bit of dank malt and some fruity esters to boot. EH nothing special.

This was much better than the golden. But still not an amazing beer. Pours a copper/amberish color. Aroma is very malty and grainy. Smells like it might be sweet. And it actually is a big. Tastes like cracker jacks. Too much malt. Not balanced. Stil better than the OM Golden.

Aroma de malte mas com muito álcool. Coloração avermelhada, com espuma de cor de caramelo. Sabor acentuado, forte, mas também com álcool residual.

50 cl bottle shared with willblake and dickinsonbeer. Burnt orange color that was lightly opaque with a small white foamy head. Aroma of cheap grain sweetened with even cheaper sugar and some sour white grapes. The following are my exact tasting notes..."I like how my tounge tingles towards the end. Sweet and rotten at the same time. White grapes + sulfur + grain." Well I was pretty drunk when I drank this and I’m guessing that was a very good thing.

20090117 50cl bottle Paul says it’s copper colored. The head, small, light beige, light lacing. Aroma is buttery, earthy herbs, marzapan. Body feels fizzy despite strength. Flavor is full of honey and butterscotch, saltine. Oh man, this is just wrong. I’m so glad I subjected Paul and Dave this monstrosity.
